Today was a rest day!

Food:
Breakfast: 2 slices of bacon, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, mushrooms, pine nuts
Lunch: pork bbq, baked beans, baked wings, smoked zuchinni

Dinner: beef patty, chicken skewer, 1/4 avocado, asparagus
