Im a slacker lately on my post!! Sorry about that =)

Yesterday I was off work and decided to hit the gym a little earlier than usual

Training:
8am-
Deadlift (3 weeek)- 160lb x3, 185lb x3, 210lb x3 (I got 3 but they were very slow and not very pretty!)
Good Mornings- 5×10 @ 65lbs
Ab wheel roll outs- 3×10
Tabata hill sprints

Food:
breakfast- 1/2c oats, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/4c blueberries
post workout- shake
lunch- 1/2 tuna steak, broccoli, handful of nuts
snack- protein shake
dinner- beef patty, okra
