I will have more updates about this a little later but Patrick and I joined a new gym today. Seems pretty cool, i’m excited to try something different. I will still be doing powerlifting……..

took a rest day

breakfast: 2 slices of bacon, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg
snack: protein shake
lunch: turkey patty, okra
snack: handful of nuts
dinner: steak, beef patty, okra, avocado
