Today we went to the Y to workout. Got lots of funny looks when I pulled out my wraps and belt!

Training:
5pm- bench
Bench-  90lb x3, 100lb x3, 115lb x3 (on 3rd rep I got some assistance then re racked and got a single )
Bench 5×10 @65lb (really worked on form and staying tight
Pull up/dip superset- 3×10 each

Food:
Breakfast- turkey patty, 3 whole eggs
Snack- protein shake
Lunch- beef patty, okra, chicken salad and salad
Peri workout-bcaas
Post workout shake
Dinner- salad, bbq chicken& salmon
