Big.fat.rest.day!
I’ve decided after getting to 50 reps of the PLP challenge I’m going to bow out gracefully

Food:
6:00am- 5 eggs (2 whole, 3 whites), okra, mayo
10:30am- usual morning shake
1:30pm- 3oz beef patty, asparagus
5:00pm- spoonful almond butter
8:00pm- ground chicken, ground pork, BBQ sauce, avocado, roasted eggplant tomato and zucchini, handful of dark chocolate covered almonds

So……Prejudging is OVER!! woo hoo! Now I am at home cleaning….sounds fun right?!

So far my food for the day…
8:00am- 4 egg whites, 1/2c blueberries, 1 clementine
9:30am- finibar
10:45am- 2 small pieces of candy
11:30am- sip of water

after walking on stage:
1:30pm- 3oz sliced turkey, rice cake, 1T almond butter, banana

My walk and poses felt good. I was nervous and was a little shaky on stage but the only face I felt shaky was my face. I was hoping I was smiling but my cheeks and face would not stop shaking! Patrick said he couldn’t tell from where he was sitting , so I hoped the judges couldn’t tell either!

I did not do any of my PLP challenge today! Long day at work and I was wore out. I will make it up tomorrow!

Food:
4:00am- lipo 6 black
6:00am- 4 egg whites, 2 oz ground pork, mustard
9:00am- finished 1 liter of water
10:00am- shake (1/2c blueberry, 1/2c spinach, 1.5 scoops protein powder, cocoa powder, mint extract, ice, water,almond milk)
12:00pm- tuna, mustard, coconut flour, asparagus, finished 2nd liter of water
3:00pm- handful of nuts, loop 6 black
7:45pm- handful of nuts
8:30pm- ground beef patty, asparagus,  mustard


Tabata is a fancy word for 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest- usually for 8 rounds (or 4 minutes). Think it sounds easy?….try it! Can be done with any movement- squats, sit ups, pull ups, running, lunges, boxing, deadlifts, etc.

Training:
4am- 5 minute warm up on treadmill then 5 rounds of tabata on rower and 5 rounds of tabata on treadmill on 7% incline @ 6mph then *25 pull ups, 25 lunges, 25 push ups*

Food:

4:00am- Lipo 6 (2 tablets)
5:30am- 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1T spicy brown mustard, splash of almond milk, 1 roma tomato, 1/4c okra, 1 T mayo cup of black coffee

image8:30am- finished 1 liter of water
10:00am- Shake (4 strawberries, scoop of elite xt protein powder, 1t cocoa powder, peppermint green tea, 4oz almond milk, water

3:00pm- tanka bar, lipo 6 (2 tablets)

image4:00pm- 4oz almond milk, scoop of elite xt protein powder
4:30pm- handful of nuts
7:30pm- chicken “Parmesan” (thin sliced chicken breast coated in egg and coconut flour/almond meal mix then seared and baked in oven covered in pasta sauce with added mushrooms, onions and spinach then served over spaghetti squash)

8:30pm- 1/4c protein pudding (protein powder and sugar free chocolate pudding, finished 3rd liter, 4 fish oil, 2 vitamin D, 2 digestive enzymes, 2 multivitamins

Today is one month from my show. Here are some pictures from this morning. Im getting there! Im cutting out all dairy from my diet, no more cheese =( and I am going to cut way down on my artificial sweeteners.

Decided to take another rest day today! Other than my *18 push ups, 18 lunges, 18 pull ups*

Food:
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, ketchup
11:00am- 1/2 beef/pork patty, collard greens/spinach, macadamia nuts
1:00pm- shake (probolic, spinach, blueberries, almond butter, almond milk, cocoa powder)
4:30pm- tuna salad (tuna, mayo, mustard, coconut flour)
6:00pm- buffalo bbq crockpot chicken (chicken breast, chicken thigh, hot sauce, crushed tomato, onion, bell pepper, splenda brown sugar, spicy brown mustard)

I got some injections under my eyes today and was told not to lift in the gym today so no training for me today other than my *17 push ups, 17 lunges, 17 pull ups*

Food:
6:00am- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2c oats, handful of blueberries
10:30am- shake (probolic, blueberries, coconut flakes, spinach, almond milk)
12:30pm- beef brisket and eggplant
6:00pm- homemade protein bar and handful of macadamia nuts
7:30pm- beef/pork patty, 1/4 sweet potato, 1/4 white potato, spinach and collard greens, rice

No training today! (and its officially 38 days til vacation and 37 days til my show)

Food:
6:00am- 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, mayo
9:45am- shake (probolic, superfood, almond milk, cocoa powder, blueberries)
12:00pm- beef patty and asparagus
3:00pm- casein shake, handful of macadamia nuts
7:00pm- baked chicken thighs, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms
8:00pm- pumpkin/casein shake
