Today I did step foot in the gym! I was so sore from the last two crossfit workouts I did. Today I decided to take it easy. I did some stretching and socializing which is always fun. Today I had a protein shake for breakfast, qdoba for lunch and baked chicken, okra and sweet potato for dinner. Tomorrow begins deload week!
